The office space is not only convincing due to its functionality and well thought-out floor plans, it also reflects the latest technological and ecological standards. Air conditioning systems ensure pleasant temperatures even in summer. The offices are accessed by three stairwells with lifts and sanitary facilities. Large windows ensure that the rooms are flooded with light.
The offices will be completely fitted out as an open-plan office concept — including toilet facilities, lamellar ceilings with lighting in the corridors, illuminated ceiling panels in the work areas, parapet and floor ducts for cabling and IT rooms.
